2022 Thanksgiving Letter from ILA – South Atlantic and Gulf Coast District President Alan A. Robb
Dear Friends:
It is hard to believe we are now in the 2022 Holiday Season with our Thanksgiving celebration. As we pause to reflect on these past crazy years, we count our blessings. We are so thankful for so much, but we must still mourn for those we have lost. Our future is bright as our International President leads us into contract negotiations. However, we cannot sit on our laurels. Politically, we must continue to support our pro-worker friends and oppose those that express hatred and anti-worker sentiment. Georgia is on my mind! Our voluntary political action committees are vital, and we must encourage full participation to enable our financial support for those that support us. We must continue to do what we do best, be the most efficient and productive workforce in America! We are thankful for the opportunity to have shown the world what we can do, now and in the future. I truly hope you and your family will take time this Thanksgiving Holiday period to consider and appreciate our world. Let us give thanks and pray for good health and a safe, prosperous industry. Best wishes, stay well, and thank you for all you do. God bless America! God Bless the ILA! Happy Thanksgiving 2022!
