ILA and Cooper/Ports America (CPA) Keep Cargo Moving at Houston City Docks

Great news for the ILA and Cooper/Ports America (C/PA).  There is a lot of international cargo being moved from vessels to facilities by the ILA at Houston City Docks with logistics being provided by C/PA to get the cargoes out to the US consumers!
